Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Attending daily tickets and closing them on the basis of priority.
2. Network Monitoring.
3. Server Management.
4. Remote Troubleshooting.
Preferred skills
Skills:
1. Good understanding with LAN, WAN Technologies.
2. Strong Knowledge in Routing and Switching techniques.
3. Network Troubleshooting Skills
4. Windows Server Administration
5. Good Knowledge on Windows Operating Systems is mandatory Linux will be an added advantage.
6. Basic Hardware troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
CCNA & MCSA(Mandatory)
Experience: 0 - 1 Year
